Hello

I'm Jenn, a PaisFit Dietitian

I have a Master’s degree in Human Nutritional Sciences & a passion for helping people build healthier relationships with food while working toward their fitness goals. I currently practice as a clinical dietitian in a local hospital, where I support individuals with a wide variety of nutrition needs, and I’m so excited to bring that evidence-based approach into the fitness space.

I believe nutrition should help you feel your best, not leave you feeling restricted or overwhelmed. My approach is rooted in balance, building sustainable habits, fueling your body with confidence, and using food to support strength, performance, and overall health. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving your relationship with food, or simply learning how to nourish yourself better, I’m here to help you find an approach that fits your life.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me lifting weights, getting lost in a good book, or trying a new challenge! I love setting new fitness goals, whether that’s building strength in the gym, training for a half marathon, or as of lately, becoming a better pickleball player. I’m always up for trying new things and if there’s anything pink involved, I’m probably already a fan! I truly believe our bodies are capable of so much more than we give them credit for, and I’d love to help you discover what yours can do.<3
