There are both at-home workouts available & at the gym! So anyone, anywhere can join!!
DAILY HABIT TRACKING TOOLS
You'll be able to download a digital workout log to keep track of your workouts. Every day there's a lil "Daily Slay" sheet to fill out which includes:

screen time
You decide what your goals are here. Think of it as a small, mindful daily check-in to help your habits stay on track!
ACCOUNTABILITY & GROUP PAGE
You're not doing this alone! There are 10 women per month that join this challenge. You'll have access to the community group page to connect & cheer each other on! There are also weekly voice notes from yours truly to keep you going!
